Job Title: Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data entry, and security settings.
• Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
• Participate in the testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and updates.
• Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
• Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features and updates, and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex or JavaScript),LWC ,Integration.

Duration: 2 years bond

Stipend – 10K for initial 3 months

Passing year should be 2021 or before is mandatory.

If the candidate is billable on client side within a month so salary will increases 25k in hand. 

15K from remaining 9 months, After 1 Years – 3LPA +Project Bonus
