Job Description for Cloud DevOps Engineer

Position: Cloud DevOps Engineer
Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and monitor Linux (Ubuntu) servers to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of applications based on the Frappe framework.
• Collaborate with the development team to automate and streamline operations and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Perform regular system and security updates, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Write and maintain scripts using Python for automation tasks.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and security alerts and respond to any issues that arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Linux/Ubuntu server administration.
• Familiarity with the Frappe framework.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of server security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERPNext (based on the Frappe framework) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or similar automation tools.
