Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Java Trainer As a Java Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover both front-end and back-end.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java full-stack development to both beginner and experienced professionals.
2. Plan, organize, and provide instructions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to ensure effective learning and practical application of concepts.
3. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java full-stack development to continually enhance the training curriculum.
4. Utilize various training tools and techniques, including presentations, workshops, group discussions, and interactive activities to create an engaging learning experience.
5. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to facilitate their professional growth and skill enhancement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly.
7. Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, including slides, code samples, and documentation.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary improvements.
9. Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks related to Java full-stack development and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
10. Continuously develop personal technical and training skills through self-study, research, and participating in professional development activities.

Key Skills:SQL,Java,Git,MySQL,Hibernate,JavaScript,jQuery,Spring Boot,React.js,Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Candidate Requirement:
1. Proven work experience as a Java developer with expertise in full-stack development.
2. Proficient in working web programs such as Java, Angular, React js, MySQL, Spring boot, Hibernate, CSS, Eclipse, HTML, J2EE, Java full stack, Jquery, SQL, Java script, Rest soap.
3. Strong knowledge of Java programming language, frameworks, and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and Git.

Educational

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience: 2 to 4 year of experience (Preferred)
• Ability to commute/relocate: Pimple Saudagar, Pune – 411027, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before
  starting work (Required)
