Job Title: Python Programmer for Bioinformatics

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 INR per month

approaches. We are looking for a passionate Python Programmer to join our team and contribute to our research and development efforts.

Job Description:

• Programming and Development: Hands-on programming experience in Python and frameworks like Django. Integrate external libraries, APIs, and databases into Python frameworks. Develop scalable algorithms and computational methods to process, analyze, and interpret biological data sets.
• Collaboration and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Python-based bioinformatics tools and pipelines. Work closely with biologists, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective computational solutions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Python libraries such as Numpy and Pandas for data manipulation and
  analysis. Perform statistical analysis and machine learning techniques applied to biological data.
• Innovation and Learning: Demonstrate inquisitiveness to learn new concepts and technologies. Apply problem-solving abilities to tackle challenging bioinformatics problems.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields with knowledge of Python.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python programming. Experience with Python frameworks such as Django. Knowledge of integrating external libraries, APIs, and databases into Python
  frameworks. Proficiency in Python libraries like Numpy and Pandas. Experience in algorithm development and computational methods. Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in learning. Hardworking and ready to contribute to a dynamic R&D environment.
