Job Role: Software Application Tester Intern

Job Type: Full Time (from Office)
Job Location: Pune

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree(or above) in Computer Science, software engineering or Electronic Engineering
• Know basics of automation testing relates to server-side functionalities
• Strong data structure and algorithm foundation
• Good test sense, can think in detail of a complex thing, exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Java, REST API, Python, Django APIs background
• Knowledge of relational databases, internet security, network configuration

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse system specifications and business requirements
• Develop effective test strategies and plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Write and execute test scripts
• Run manual and automated tests
• Test in different environments including web and mobile
• Write bug reports
• Assess code
• Present findings to software development and business user team
