Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions, both live and virtual
• Learn the functionalities of the accounting applications with high proficiency to teach end users
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Key Skills:

Strong technical skills, ability to operate technology, Excellent Presentation skill, Management skill, & Decision making skill. 

Candidate Requirement: 

Candidates with experience in the industry, preferably with knowledge of technology tools and training modules.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree 

Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: 2 to 4 year of experience (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate: Pimple Saudagar, Pune – 411027, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:  English / Hindi / Marathi (Required)
