Role & Responsibilities:

• Effective Counselling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services
• Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers
• Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner.
• Identify Customer’s Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service
• Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required.
• Maintain communication with learners through various channels
• Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives
• Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes 
• Support Junior level counsellors with their targets
• Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks.
• providing an effective business experience to learners, mentors, clients.
• achieving monthly, Quarterly sales targets for Admissions
• Managing the Learning experience of the learners
• Relationship Building and Negotiation with Vendors/ Partners

Key Skills:

Strong Interpersonal Communication, Excellent Listening Skill , Presentation Skill,  Empathy and understanding, non-judgemental attitude, Patience and a calm manner, ability to cope with emotional situations.

Candidate Requirement:

Candidate should have experience as an Admission/ Student counsellor with superb verbal & written communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Post graduate

Experience: 2 year of experience (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate: Pimple Saudagar, Pune – 411027, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:  English / Hindi / Marathi (Required)

Employment Type: Full time/ Permanent
