Job Title: IT Advanced Technologies Trainer

Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad Area

Trainer Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years working Experience in Java Technology and also have experience in providing training for a minimum of 1 year.
• We are working on a few Job Oriented Programs, and the day-to-day training has to be provided in real-time scenario based methodology.
• Conduct and train students on Java with specific focus on Interview skills, mock test, and mock interview.
• The training should be provided with 2 projects with hands-on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective Training Content as per the requirements and guidelines of the organization in a variety of technical subjects.
• Accountable for incorporating contextual information and developing methods appropriate to the context, in addition to the existing curricula.
• Impart training sessions for the lateral recruits and induction programs for fresher joining the organization.
• Evaluate and report the performance of trainees who attended the training programs.
• Create self-study program or learning paths, helping people to gain expertise outside classroom.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in delivering training on HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Spring boot, Hibernate, Angular and JQuery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have – experience in Working on improving training process.
• 2 years of experience delivering remote and onsite training.
• Experience in developing training curriculum is advantage.
• Good understanding of web applications, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with remote training platforms like Moodle.
