Job Description for React Developer

Position: React Developer
Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday ]
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and high performance.
• Component Development: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Integration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services into web applications.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to best practices in React development.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform testing and debugging to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) is a plus.
• Knowledge: Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing relevant projects and code is preferred.
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
• Commitment: Ability to work full-time during day shifts on-site at our Swargate office.
