3. Academic Counsellors Are Responsible For Helping Shape Young Minds With Care And Affection And Not With The Use Of Force..

Responsibilities:

1. Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication
2. Inform Customers About The Company’s Products/Services And Offers
3. Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner • Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers
4. Identify Customer’s Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service
5. Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required.

Mode: Work from the office

Interview: Face-to-face Round

Ethical Service Level Agreement: one year

Internet: Expenses provided

Laptop: Own Laptop will be used Data

Incentives: Your incentives will get calculated over the minimum target which includes your salary. Incentives will be given on a quarterly basis.
